Nick Verreos is a fashion designer, pattern-maker, draper, illustrator, educator, author, and Emmy Award-winning TV presenter with 30+ years of experience in the fashion industry. His gowns have been worn by celebrities such as Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Heidi Klum, and Carrie Underwood. His sportswear line, NV Nick Verreos has been sold by top retailers such as Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, and Dillard's, as well as QVC UK and Italy. Nick was the Winning Mentor of “Project Runway: Under The Gunn” and first received national and international attention after appearing on Season 2 of “Project Runway”. He now works as a Consulting Producer for the iconic show. As a Red Carpet Correspondent, he has commented at the Emmys, Oscars, and other awards shows for various TV networks. Nick taught Fashion Sketching, Draping, and Patternmaking at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising/FIDM, eventually becoming the Co-Chairperson of the Fashion Design Department. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge, having written five books on the subject.
