These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Universe, a rankings and analytics service operated by Beacons AI Inc. ("Beacons," "we," "us," "our"). Your use of Universe is also subject to the Beacons Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Beacons Terms of Use, these Terms control with respect to Universe.
By accessing Universe, you represent that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access
Certain features of Universe are available to the public without registration. Access to additional features requires authorization granted at Beacons' sole discretion and may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without notice. You may not share your credentials or provide access to any unauthorized third party.
Data and Information
Universe displays rankings, metrics, and profile information derived from publicly available social media data and data provided to Beacons directly by its platform users. All information is provided for informational purposes only.
Beacons makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Metrics are estimates and may not reflect real-time conditions. You shall not rely solely on information from Beacons 100 for any business, financial, investment, or legal decision.
Acceptable Use
You may access and use Universe solely for lawful, internal business purposes. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
- export, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any data, rankings, or profile information obtained through Universe;
- use Universe to develop or assist in the development of any competing product or service;
- access Universe by any automated means, including without limitation scrapers, bots, or crawlers; or
- use any creator demographic, rate, or contact information for any purpose other than the evaluation of legitimate brand partnership opportunities.
AI Features
Universe may make available artificial intelligence features from time to time. Any output generated by such features is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for your use of any AI-generated output.
Intellectual Property
The rankings, compiled data, scoring methodology, and all other content made available through Universe are the exclusive property of Beacons AI Inc. and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, title, or interest in any of the foregoing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Universe is provided "as is" and "as available," with all faults. Beacons expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beacons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Beacons 100. In no event shall Beacons' total liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Modification and Termination
Beacons reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of Universe following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. Beacons may suspend or terminate your access to Beacons 100 at any time, for any or no reason, without liability to you.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
