I create cooking and meal prep content from a real, un-fancy kitchen — because that's what most of my audience is working with too. My audience is made up of empty nesters and the young adults who have recently flown the nest. There is a lot of freezer meal prep content for large families, a lot less for people just trying to figure out how to make a recipe without getting stuck eating chili for the next 5 days straight.
