I'm Pamphinette Buisa Canadian Olympian, pro rugby player, and storyteller. I've spent over a decade competing internationally, living out of a suitcase, and building a life that doesn't fit a straight line. I make content for women who are chasing big goals and doing it on their own terms. Let's build something together.
