I'm Carrie Lou, the collectible photographer and creator behind @mrsloushrews_collector. For me, collecting isn't simply about owning things. It's about holding onto a piece of a story I love—looking at my shelves, seeing the scenes I've built, and remembering a favorite moment from a movie, book, or character. That love of storytelling shapes everything I create. I photograph collectibles from a fresh point of view, building cinematic scenes that are comedic, dramatic, nostalgic, or creepy. Rather than simply displaying a product, I create something unexpected that stops people from scrolling, entertains them, and helps them imagine the collectible as part of their own story. Over six years, I've built a community of nearly 20,000 collectors and pop culture fans who share that same connection to storytelling. Kidrobot selected one of my Reels for use in multiple paid social advertising campaigns, and I've proudly represented Mifflin Made and PCA Designer Toys through dedicated content and customer discount codes. I currently partner with Abracadabra and Gearup on branded and affiliate collaborations. Based in Palm Bay, Florida, I partner with brands whose products genuinely fit my collection and audience. When I'm excited about a collectible, that enthusiasm comes through naturally, giving my community a reason to discover it, connect with it, and add it to their own collection.
