Corporate 9-5, work from home, and at the gym by 5am. I created this space for women who are learning to show up for themselves consistently, set the bar high, and build a life that reflects the standard they hold for everything else. My content is rooted in discipline, not motivation. Fitness, confidence, tall girl life, and the everyday proof that consistency compounds. I'm 5'11½" of authenticity, energy, and zero apologies for doing the work quietly. When I'm not working or training, I'm soaking up coastal vibes, traveling, or being completely outnumbered by my three cats.
