@from_city_to_smallholding

Nicole and Seren the dog are the creators behind From City Life to Smallholding, a platform documenting their move from the city to rural Wales and their journey of taking on a completely derelict smallholding. What began as a bold leap of faith has evolved into a full-time learning experience as they gradually restore their 120+ year-old farmhouse and bring the surrounding land back to life. Along the way, they are figuring things out as they go. From renovation projects and clearing overgrown land to learning practical skills, making mistakes, and celebrating the small wins. They are passionate about living more simply, sustainably, and intentionally, while sharing the real, unfiltered side of starting from scratch in the countryside. Their channel focuses on progress over perfection, embracing challenges they never imagined facing, and building a new life one step at a time. For those who enjoy real-life renovation, rural living, smallholding projects, and honest behind-the-scenes moments, the good, the bad, and the muddy. It offers an authentic and relatable journey. Gav and Nicole are also currently nominated as 'Rising Stars' for the 2026 BCreator Awards.
