Hi,
I am Dr. Whitney C. Terrell, a small animal veterinarian from Florence, AL. After graduating from UCD in Dublin, Ireland, I returned home, initially going into mixed practice before transitioning to small animal. I co-own a small animal veterinary clinic where I focus not just on my patients, but also client connections and promoting awareness within the veterinary community. I currently serve as Member-At-Large for the Alabama VMA, softball and basketball coach to my two daughters, and enjoy creating social media content that highlights the ups and downs of VetMed, being a working mom, and how special then human-animal bond is. I have made several guest podcast appearances and have co-hosted The Vet Reset podcast with Dr. Sandra Siegel for 8 episodes. When not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family (which also includes a new golden retriever puppy, Marv, and two goofy cats, Cass and Cheeto), working out at my CrossFit gym, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
