I’m an Age Group/Elite athlete and fitness creator documenting the reality of competitive fitness- from functional fitness and hybrid competitions to outdoor obstacle racing and ultra marathons. My content combines training, competition, lifestyle and the honest reality of a 28 year old girl in London juggling it all and trying to excel in everything! I additionally create UGC content for companies and products I love that focuses entirely on being authentic and enjoyable to watch - nobody wants to watch scripted ads and boring product videos when they’re scrolling away (and you shouldn’t have to pay for that!). This year I am attending and competing in multiple World Championship competitions as well as National competitions and putting in my time as a volunteer wherever I can! I help make competitive racing feel less intimidating, showing people you don’t have to be an elite athlete to show up at competition and belong in the space. I create practical tutorials, motivating and accessible content that encourages both newcomers and seasoned athletes to challenge themselves; all whilst building a welcoming, high energy community around the journey! I’ve done everything from 250km Ultramarathons, to boxing matches, Ultra obstacle course races and World championship events - and I know how to capture it all on camera and tell the story! I also know how to capture the challenge, the recovery, the fuelling, the mobility and strengthening- everything it really takes to succeed in the sport. My content is for those on day 1 of their journey as much as it is for seasoned athletes who can relate. Through consistent short form content I’ve built long term partnerships with large leading brands in fitness and lifestyle. I connect brands with an engaged audience that is passionate about training, competing, community and becoming the best version of themselves.
