I’m Dezire, a New Orleans-based beauty, fashion and lifestyle creator with an Instagram community of approximately 40,000 followers. I’m also a blue-collar chief engineer, which gives my content a distinctive perspective that blends femininity, confidence, personal style and real life. My content celebrates Black womanhood, beauty, personal evolution, self-care and life beyond survival mode, with occasional, intentional glimpses into family life. I have built a strong, recognizable presence in New Orleans, and my content is naturally influenced by the culture, energy and visual identity of my city. I regularly attend Mardi Gras celebrations, second lines, festivals, Black Masking Indian events and other culture-rich New Orleans experiences. These events give me opportunities to create vibrant lifestyle photography, event-based UGC, GRWM videos, outfit content and authentic product integrations in settings that are visually distinctive and genuinely part of my life.
