I am the Director of Student-Athlete Development and NIL at Western Kentucky University has been an incredible full-circle opportunity to give back to the place that shaped me. As a former WKU student-athlete with a background in Sport Management, I am passionate about helping student-athletes grow both personally and professionally by creating opportunities that extend beyond competition. I am dedicated to empowering student-athletes through leadership development, career readiness, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) education while helping them build their personal brands and prepare for success after graduation.
