@adventureanniee

I’m the person behind @adventuringwithanniee, where life revolves around two things I love way too much: animals and being outside. 🐾⛰️ This page started with Annie, my senior rescue dog, and has grown into a little corner of the internet dedicated to showing what life with a rescue really looks like. The adventures, the chaos, the health scares, the cozy days, the muddy paws and everything in between. Annie is a senior rescue with a pretty complicated health history, so a huge part of what we share is pet health, wellness, mobility, enrichment and advocating for animals who deserve better. We’re also big on rescue advocacy and using our platform to help animals who need a voice. And then there’s Salem, our adventure cat, who has apparently decided that being a normal house cat is beneath her. 😂 She’s along for the adventures too and has absolutely earned her place around here. We post: 🐾 Rescue advocacy & awareness 🏔️ Hiking, camping & outdoor adventures 🐕‍🦺 Senior dog life 🩺 Pet health & wellness 🧠 Enrichment, training & scent work 🐈 Adventure cat content 🥹 The unhinged, wholesome & chaotic moments of life with animals Basically, we’re here to show that rescue animals can have HUGE lives full of adventure, love and ridiculous amounts of personality. It’s not always pretty. It’s not always easy. But it’s always ours. 🤎
