Addie the Optimist is your daily reminder that joy is a choice and growth is a lifestyle. As Director of Operations at Hermana Agency, she leads a team of 18, driving company efficiency and managing projects from the ground up, all while building a creative world of her own.
An artist and entrepreneur at heart, Addie paints textured artwork and is launching her first colouring book, 'I Made This With My Own Two Hands', this year, turning her love of art into something tangible you can hold. Her content is just as personal, speaking-to-camera conversations that feel less like watching a creator and more like catching up with a friend who always knows what to say.
From mindset shifts and career advice to the little wins worth celebrating, Addie blends honest reflection with bright energy, helping you glow from the inside out. She believes optimism isn't naive, it's powerful. Positivity with depth, confidence with heart, and a community that chooses hope every day. ☀️
